At Swift Organic, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality sea moss products in the safest and most efficient way possible. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our shipping policy carefully.
📦 PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
🚚 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
We ship all orders using expedited shipping methods to ensure product freshness.
Delivery times typically range from 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Please note:
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier are out of our control
- We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier
❄️ PERISHABLE PRODUCT SHIPPING
All products are shipped cold or frozen with insulated packaging to maintain quality during transit.
Upon delivery:
- Refrigerate immediately
- If product arrives thawed but still cool, it is safe to consume
- Do not leave product unrefrigerated
Swift Organic is not responsible for product quality issues due to delays in opening or refrigerating your package after delivery.
📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Swift Organic is not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
📬 DELIVERY ISSUES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Swift Organic is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages left outside, in mailrooms, or with front desks
We recommend tracking your package closely and being available at the time of delivery.
⚠️ FAILED DELIVERY / DELAYS
If a delivery attempt fails or is delayed due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Incorrect address
- Carrier issues
Swift Organic is not responsible for any product damage or spoilage that may occur.
📦 ORDER TRACKING
All orders include tracking. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure timely receipt of the package.
